Ron Shabtai is currently the General Counsel and Head of Operations at Gloat, a company focused on leveraging AI to enhance career development and workforce sustainability, since February 2018. Previously, from 2012 to January 2018, Ron served as an Associate at Naschitz, Brandes, Amir & Co., specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. Additionally, Ron contributed as a Teaching Assistant for Futures and Options Markets and Financial Risk Management courses at IDC Herzliya from 2014 to December 2016. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Tennis Coach at the Israel Tennis Centers from 2008 to 2012 and as a Captain in the Israel Defense Forces from 2003 to 2008. Ron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and a Bachelor of Laws from Reichman University, both completed in 2012.
