Globa 3 is a Gulf-anchored media platform operating across Studios, Advisory, and Ventures.

We work with producers, governments, investors, institutions, and strategic partners to structure film, media, and culture-led opportunities across Hollywood, the Gulf, Africa, and select global markets.

Globa 3 Studios packages, structures, and supports film and television projects moving across markets - from strategic producing, production planning, and partner alignment to incentives, locations, production services, and regional delivery.

Globa 3 Advisory works with governments, film commissions, institutions, investors, and private-sector partners on the operating structures behind creative-economy growth: production readiness, film-sector development, infrastructure, incentives, public-private frameworks, FDI strategy, and market entry.

Globa 3 Ventures builds and structures media, IP, capital, data, and culture-led platforms that emerge from clear market gaps across high-growth creative economies.

Founded by Natan Bogin, a former Creative Artists Agency executive, and Stephen Strachan, a Gulf-based producer and former Film Commissioner of Film AlUla, Globa 3 brings together Hollywood project judgment, regional production expertise, institutional strategy, and growth-market execution.

Publicly referenced activity includes the UAE feature project The Desert Beyond, Saudi production and infrastructure advisory, Nigeria creative-economy work, and emerging ventures across media, IP, data, and culture-led platforms.

Globa 3 is based in Abu Dhabi, with activity across Riyadh, Dubai, Lagos, Paris, London, Los Angeles, and select international markets.
