GLOBAL-365 PLC’s world leading technology creates innovation in automated business processes. This enables smart, sustainable, cost-effective, and customer-centric solutions that benefit both the service provider and the end-user. Since it began in 2015, the company’s ground-breaking application of latest technology, in a social justice setting, is changing the face of managed direct payment and prepayment systems.

As well as reducing business overhead and risk for energy companies, SMARTprepay®, from GLOBAL-365 PLC, allows a socially responsible, and mutually-beneficial, solution where some of the most vulnerable people in our society can have more affordable energy bills. Energy suppliers, who are currently restricted in their customer service, by having to charge prepayment customers significantly more for electricity and gas, due to the higher administrative costs, can now offer price parity for prepayment and credit customers.

GLOBAL-365 PLC is committed to using advancement in technology to improve quality of life and environmental sustainability.
