To bring the worlds of real estate and finance together

By establishing the fully-regulated, global, industry-wide securities exchange for institutional real estate, we are delivering to private wealth and institutional investors the capability to interact with the asset class in the same way they already interact with listed equities: across geographies, across sectors, and across managers - in real-time.
A centralised, standardised, and transparent marketplace where investors can invest in and trade with full granularity, individual real estate investments through their private bank or broker. Investments which are originated, listed, and managed by established real estate investment managers, across the debt and equity spectrum.
To establish the now-proven critical aspects of the origination, structuring and distribution propositions of our business, we acquired Property Crowd - a leading real estate crowdfunding platform - in 2016 and re-launched it in 2017. We have since completed the placement of 10 revenue-generating deals and set the stage for our execution and growth.
