Claudiu Darida is currently a Test Manager at Global App Testing, bringing over four years of experience in manual testing for projects, including AAA game titles. Claudiu has demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct in-depth task analysis, which help identify critical issues within systems. They excel in training and mentoring new employees, fostering motivation and confidence, while also maintaining effective client relationships through consistent communication. With a background that includes experience in photo/video editing, animations, and advertisement, Claudiu has developed robust communication and organizational skills from their time in retail. They are currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering at the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
