Dan Dove

Dan Dove is a Co-Founder of The Pinnacle Guide, launched in February 2022, which introduces a recognition system for bars akin to a Michelin rating for the bar industry. As the Founder and Director of Global Bartending since January 2018, Dan leads an international network of top bartenders, streamlining management for bookings and contract negotiations. Prior experience includes ownership of Amicos Bar, a cocktail venue in Essex, and several key roles at Diageo, where responsibilities spanned from managing elite events to brand ambassadorships for luxury spirits. Dan's career began as Managing Director at UK Bar Management, focusing on consulting for bars and restaurants across Europe, and included training management at Ping Pong Dim Sum. Educational background includes attendance at St Martins Technology School from 1997 to 2003.
