Prior to joining GB, Riichiro worked for BASF where he held positions in R&D and strategic raw material sourcing in Germany and the US. As a chemist, Riichiro managed R&D projects for clean technology development. As part of Center of Excellence team within procurement, he was responsible for raw material procurement and strategic projects.
