Erika Ison

Erika Ison is an experienced professional currently serving as a Director at Outsourced Finance PH and in a Client Solutions role at Global BrainForce since October 2023. Previously, Erika co-founded SkillyLegend, an upskilling-as-a-service company, from October 2022 to January 2024, and also co-founded dalubhasa, a failed endeavor to create a localized version of Coursera, from June to September 2022. Erika held leadership positions at MultiplyMii as Head of People & Culture and Recruitment Manager, and at Global BrainForce as Head of Sales. Additional experience includes roles as Marketing Manager at Boldr, Business Development Manager at Monster, Product Specialist at Focus Global Inc, and Corporate Sales Officer at I-Remit, Inc.
