LeAnne Hoang

LeAnne Hoang currently serves as VP of Risk Management at Blackhawk Network, following a distinguished career spanning multiple organizations in financial technology and regulatory compliance. At Cross River, LeAnne was instrumental in building the Banking as a Service division and developing the Compliance & Risk as Services strategy. Previous roles include serving as the Global Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at Rapyd, and as a Senior Director and CCO at CashEdge, where an enterprise-wide regulatory risk management framework was architected. LeAnne's early experience includes positions at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Fiserv, contributing to significant advancements in risk management for banking institutions. An Executive MBA graduate with high honors from Golden Gate University and a Magna Cum Laude Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of San Francisco, LeAnne continues to influence the industry as a strategic advisor to stealth startups and as a member of the Compliance Advisory Board at Global Data Consortium.
