Elad Weinstein

Elad Weinstein is currently serving as Chief of Staff in the COO Office at Global-e since September 2025. Prior to this role, Weinstein held several positions at Maytronics, including Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer, VP of Strategy and Business Development, Head of Value Proposition Strategy, and Product Marketing Manager from January 2018 to November 2025. Earlier experience includes a Senior Manager role at Monitor Deloitte from September 2010 to December 2017, where responsibilities involved managing strategic planning projects for leading Israeli companies, overseeing commercial due diligence processes, and leading agribusiness consultancy efforts. Additionally, Weinstein worked as a Project Management Officer at Elbit Systems Israel from February 2009 to August 2010. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
