Imran Gaffur

Imran Gaffur is an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Global-e, with over seven years in various tech-oriented industries including eCommerce, advertising, EdTech, and computer vision. Previously, Imran held positions such as Customer Success Manager at Dolead, managing enterprise accounts across the UK and DACH regions, and was instrumental in revenue growth. They also served as Manager of Global Customer Success and Sales Operations at TELUS International AI Data Solutions, where Imran developed key sales processes and strategies that significantly increased client engagement and account value. Currently, Imran is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, alongside a Master of Science in Data Science and Digital Marketing from emlyon business school.
