Maya Hayman

Maya Hayman has a diverse work experience in the field of product management. Maya is currently working at Global-e as the VP Product since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Product at Global-e from May 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Global-e, Maya was the VP Product at Bidalgo, a marketing data technologies company, from July 2018 to April 2021. In this role, they led the product team, managed product managers, UX designers, and BI professionals, and focused on optimizing the product requirements life-cycle.

From January 2017 to June 2018, Maya served as the VP Operational Marketing Strategy at 888holdings. Maya led a project to consolidate the Customer Support department into the B2C Marketing division. Maya also worked on process optimization, implementation of relevant products and tools, and alignment of service level with business goals.

In their earlier roles at 888holdings, Maya held the positions of VP Cross Product & Project Management, Product Management Director, and Product Unit Manager. Maya managed teams of product managers, project managers, and PMO professionals and led large-scale, cross-divisional projects as well as the company's entrance to regulated markets.

Before joining 888holdings, Maya worked as a Product TL, where they built and trained a team of product managers and defined the methodology for product requirement gathering. Maya also worked as a Business Analyst, where they performed analysis and tracked KPIs for marketing and risk management activities.

Maya Hayman's education history includes three academic degrees. Maya obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. Maya then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology at Tel Aviv University, completing their studies from 2005 to 2008. In 2020, they participated in a program called Kellogg Executive Education, where they focused on Product Strategy.
