Roei Tal began their career in 2010 at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, where they worked until 2015. Roei then worked as a Banquet Operation Supervisor at Hilton Tel Aviv from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they held a cross-exposure position at Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem. Roei also worked as a Site and Operations Manager at Plugin Karaoke from 2018 to 2019. Since 2019, they have been employed at Global-e, initially as a Project Coordinator, then as a Project Coordinators Team Leader, and currently as a Global Project Configuration Manager. In their current role, Roei oversees project configuration tasks and troubleshooting for Global-e clients. Additionally, Roei has a background as a freelance musician, specializing in various musical styles since 2010.
Roei Tal obtained a Bachelor's degree in management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between the years 2015 and 2018.
