Serhii Umanets

Serhii Umanets is a Test Automation Engineer with extensive experience in the software testing field, currently employed at Global-e since August 2022. Prior to this role, Umanets held positions at UppLabs LLC and SoftServe, where responsibilities included creating testing documentation and conducting both functional and non-functional testing for web-based and desktop applications. Earlier career experience includes roles at Lohika and SoftServe as a QA Automation Engineer, as well as a leadership position as Customer Support Team Lead at KROMTECH ALLIANCE CORP. Umanets holds a Master's degree in Automation, Electrical, and Computer-Integrated Technologies from the National University of Water Management and Nature Resources Use and an ATQC Engineer degree from SoftServe IT Academy.
