Shira Stav-Valency

Shira Stav-Valency is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director and HRBP at Global-e since February 2022, Shira has previously held positions such as HRBP at EY from June 2015 to February 2022, HR Manager at Teva Pharmaceuticals from September 2014 to June 2015, and Recruitment and HR Manager at FedEx from May 2010 to September 2014. Shira began a career at IDB Invest as an HR Specialist and worked as Recruitment Manager at Hever Human Capital from July 2005 to December 2008. Shira holds a Master's Degree in work studies from Tel Aviv University (2007-2010) and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Human Resources from the University of Haifa (2002-2005).
