Ultan O'Callaghan is currently a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Global-e, leveraging extensive experience in customer success management. Previously, Ultan held multiple roles at Thooja, culminating in a managerial position, and served as an Ecommerce Advisor for Local Enterprise Offices and Enterprise Ireland. Ultan began their career as a Performance Improvement Consultant Intern at EY, where they contributed to a major healthcare project and displayed exceptional leadership skills. They also gained experience in software development through an internship at Duck Creek Technologies and completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems with First Class Honours from University College Cork.
