Operations Team

The Operations Team at Global E&C is responsible for overseeing and executing the end-to-end lifecycle of Brownfield EPC projects for topside offshore assets. This includes managing offshore operations, crafting proposals, handling contracts, ensuring training and compliance, directing fabrication operations, and maintaining quality standards. The team ensures efficient and cost-effective service delivery across the North Sea and alternative energy markets, aligning closely with customers' value drivers.
