We're glad you've found us! In addition to providing immersive learning experiences that build cultural competence, foster meaningful global connections, and showcase the unique qualities that make each culture thrive, GEA is on a journey to discover what makes spaces of learning happy around the world. Every corner of the world excels at cultivating happiness in inspiring ways. Through our years of travel, we’ve learned that one of the best ways to reimagine our learning spaces—and ourselves—is by immersing ourselves in environments that excel in impactful and inspiring ways. Come travel with us to discover how educators and classrooms around the world are excelling in many diverse ways and what we can take home with us to build a more fulfilling and happy life for ourselves.

We serve teachers, administrators, university students, and other lifelong learners by providing boutique travel adventures, immersive study abroad programs, research on happy learning spaces, and unique conferences at sea.

Our Story
Over the past nine years, we have organized numerous professional development excursions to the US, Northern Europe, East Africa, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and the South Pacific. A significant number of our 600+ past participants are returning alumni from previous programs. We have worked in 21 countries, with 60+ different schools, non-profit organizations, universities, national centers of testing, and ministries of education. Our teachers have built a strong community of practice, exchanging ideas and doing collaborative projects.
