Al Gonzalez has extensive experience in marketing and production. Al was the Director of Marketing and Recruitment at Global Engineering and Technology, Inc. from June 2016. Prior to that, they owned and directed StoneTree Marketing Solutions, LLC from February 1990 to May 2016. At StoneTree Marketing Solutions, they successfully developed business relationships with international companies and produced news assignments and features for Associated Press Television News. Al also diversified the company's revenue stream by developing advertising accounts in the healthcare industry.

Al Gonzalez attended The International School Nido de Aguilas from 1970 to 1977, where they completed their high school education. From 1978 to 1982, they studied Marine Science & Biology at the University of Miami.
