Matthew Solomon is an experienced professional in the fields of technical document review and military operations, currently serving as a Technical Document Reviewer at Global Engineering & Technology, Inc., since October 2019. In this role, Matthew conducts reviews of technical documents related to Special Nuclear Material (SNM) and safeguards, while analyzing historical intelligence to prevent nuclear proliferation. Previously, Matthew held several positions within the US Navy from May 2014 to June 2019, including Communications Officer, Navigator, and Electrical Officer, where significant achievements included revising numerous Naval messages and managing a successful cryptologic program. Matthew holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Political Science from Boston College, complemented by international study experience at Universidad de Granada.
