Inclusion intelligence for schools, trusts, Local Authorities and international education systems — working alongside your existing MIS to provide the missing insight layer for belonging, engagement and participation.

The Global Equality Collective (GEC) is a multi-award-winning global community and inclusion intelligence platform on a mission to make inclusion measurable — and build belonging — by supporting an Inclusion Champion in every classroom.

Developed through doctoral research into equity, leadership and intersectional EdTech, our work is underpinned by Kaleidoscopic Data — a pioneering framework combining lived-experience insight with operational school data so leaders understand not just what is happening, but why.

Through three connected strands — GEC Circle, GEC Platform and GEC Research — we provide the people, infrastructure and evidence needed for education systems to lead inclusion with confidence.

The GEC Circle is the world’s largest collective of inclusion and wellbeing experts in education, with 400+ organisations and specialists supporting implementation across schools, trusts and Local Authorities.

The GEC Platform provides the missing inclusion intelligence layer alongside attendance, behaviour and attainment data, now supporting settings across 30+ countries and reaching over 250,000 students globally.

GEC Research captures lived-experience insight from more than 35,000 students, staff, parents and carers, forming one of the largest datasets of its kind in education.

Our Inclusion Index, featured by Schools Week and Sky News, shines a national spotlight on the growing belonging gap in schools and supports leaders to respond with evidence-informed strategy.

Because where traditional dashboards show what is happening,
Kaleidoscopic Data helps leaders understand what to do next.
