Global Executive Solutions (GES) strengthens the U.S. Maritime Industrial Base through data-driven transformation of people, processes, and production systems. We specialize in defense manufacturing consulting, leveraging a team of active and retired defense executives, military leaders, and industry experts with more than 400 years of combined experience.
GES accelerates modernization, improves supply chain performance, and enhances workforce capability to ensure sustainable shipbuilding and maintenance readiness. Our proven methodologies—developed through decades of hands-on execution—deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and schedule performance across the enterprise.
With a record of supporting over 100 ships delivered on schedule, GES prioritizes practical, actionable solutions over theory by aligning operational processes at every level. Our advisory teams act as a “fly-away” resource—ready to deploy on short notice to provide immediate, on-site expertise.
By bridging suppliers, shipbuilders, and government stakeholders, GES reduces costs and delays while empowering defense manufacturing leaders to pursue strategic goals and achieve long-term operational excellence.
