Andy Elson

Andy Elson has over 25 years of experience in the global mobility and relocation industry. Andy currently serves as the Director of International Development at Global Expansion, where they are responsible for quickly and compliantly hiring employees in over 214 different countries and territories. Prior to this role, Andy worked as the Director of Sales at Gerson Relocation, where they led sales for corporate global mobility engagements and provided solutions for strategic group moves. Andy also worked as a Business Development Manager at Santa Fe Relocation Services and as a Sales Manager at Sterling Relocation. Andy began their career as a Key Account Manager at Harrow Green.

Andy Elson's education history includes two degrees. In 1993, they started studying at the University of Greenwich, where they pursued a Bachelor of Education with Honors (B.ed Hons) in Primary School Teaching. Andy completed this degree in 1996. In 2011, they attended King's College London and obtained a degree in International Human Resources Management (IHRMA).
