大地光纖股份有限公司（Global Fiberoptics Inc.）成立於 1999 年，為美國母公司 DiCon Fiberoptics Inc. 在台設立的子公司。公司旗下包含 光纖事業部（DiCon Fiberoptics） 與 照明事業部（DiCon Lighting），業務版圖遍及全球。

美國母公司 DiCon Fiberoptics Inc. 創立於 1986 年，深耕光通訊領域超過 30 年，擁有 WDM 薄膜鍍膜與微機電晶片研發等核心技術。近年更將技術延伸至 量子電腦與 AI 資料中心，成為關鍵供應鏈的重要夥伴。

在台灣，Global Fiberoptics 承接集團垂直整合策略，具備從光纖零組件、系統模組到量測系統的完整設計、研發與量產能力。同時，我們的照明事業部以獨創 Dense Matrix LED 技術，開發專業級照明產品，將尖端科技與藝術美感結合，行銷全球。

Global Fiberoptics Inc., founded in 1999, is the Taiwan subsidiary of DiCon Fiberoptics Inc. (USA). We operate two divisions: DiCon Fiberoptics and DiCon Lighting, serving customers worldwide.

Our U.S. parent company, DiCon Fiberoptics Inc., established in 1986, has over 30 years of expertise in optical communications, specializing in WDM thin-film coating and MEMS development. In recent years, our technology has expanded into quantum computing and AI data centers, becoming a key partner in the global supply chain.

In Taiwan, Global Fiberoptics follows the group’s vertically integrated strategy, with full capabilities from component design, R&D, to mass production. Meanwhile, our Lighting Division leverages the innovative Dense Matrix LED technology to develop professional lighting solutions that combine cutting-edge technology with artistic design.
