Focusing on “taste education”, making our customers olive oil experts in an original, flavorful format. We were the first to plant olives for olive oil in Santa Barbara county, having celebrated our 25th anniversary in 2023. Our olive oil Clubs share discount and event perks unique to the industry. Corporate events both off an on site are offered nationally. We specialize in customization for corporate gifts, design private labeling and create over 60 food products including balsamic fruit vinegars made with California wines. Celebrating the terroir of Santa Barbara county in olive oil is perhaps a surprise we share in our family-friendly format. Our extra virgin olive oils share unique finishes, influenced by environment, climate and soil. Private party cooking classes for up to 12 persons. Tastings by appointment or walk-in. Our owner, Theo Stephan available for worldwide presentations, public speaking and original educational formats.
