Oliver Cohen

Oliver Cohen is currently a senior at the University of Southern California, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Applied Analytics through USC's Viterbi School of Engineering. They hold experience in acquisitions and asset management from their recent role with Stanford University's Land, Buildings & Real Estate department and currently work in real estate private equity at Global Gate. Additionally, Oliver has worked as an investor at Alto Labs and gained experience in the SFR/Multifamily sector at Compass and AI analytics at Intelis. Their academic achievements include a strong GPA of 3.82 in Finance and Financial Management Services from the Marshall School of Business, as well as a brief academic experience at HEC Paris.
