Based in the United States and Europe, Global Justice Advisors ('GJA')  provides litigation support and advisory services in the fields of human rights, business and human rights, international criminal law, international humanitarian law, environmental law and international trade law.

We employ bespoke strategies incorporating the use of courtrooms, parliaments, government ministries, international organisations, the diplomatic corps, the media, as well as the politics and geopolitics of a particular situation. The unique strategy provides experienced solutions for each client - whether a government body, business, or individual - in domestic, regional and international situations.
 
GJA is led by Scott Martin, a Washington DC-licenced attorney based in Europe. Scott has more than 24 years of experience in a range of countries thoughout the world, including work in the United States; Central, Eastern and Western Europe; Russian Federation; Central Asia; East Asia; South Asia; Southeast Asia; Pacific Islands; Caribbean; and Eastern, Western, Central and Southern Africa.
 
In 2013, Scott co-founded Global Rights Compliance,  a UK LLP based in The Hague, Netherlands. In 2022, he left his role as Founder and Managing Partner to launch GJA.
 
Scott also operates a non-profit organisation named Global Advocates for Justice.
