At Global Learning Lab International (GLL), we invest in young people's potential to become the leaders their communities need- right now, not someday.

Through our 2-day Leadership Academy, facilitated by locally trained and certified youth leaders, participants explore their identity as leaders, develop skills in communication, teamwork, and sustainability, and design Sustainable Impact Projects aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

We believe change happens close to home. That's why our model is built on local ownership: every Academy is led by facilitators from within the community, and every project is shaped by the needs of that community. Our alumni don't just participate - they become the next generation of facilitators, multiplying impact from the inside.

GLL is currently active in the United States, Sri Lanka, Nepal, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Indonesia, with further expansion underway.
