Cheryl Young is an experienced educator and healthcare professional with a diverse background in teaching and support services. Currently serving on the Executive Board of Motor City Youth Theatre since May 2018, Cheryl has also been an ESL Tutor at Global LT since February 2016, focusing on business communication for executives. Additionally, Cheryl is a Care Team Member with Autism Home Support Services, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with special needs. Previous roles include teaching kindergarten at both Hanley International Academy and Momentum Academy DK, as well as experience as an ABA Behavior Therapist at Centria Healthcare. Cheryl’s educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree from Wayne State University, an Associate of Arts from Wayne County Community College District, and a Paramedic certificate from Henry Ford College.
