John Goodhew

John Goodhew has extensive experience in English language teaching, serving as an EAP tutor for the University of Manchester since June 2020, where John delivers an online pre-sessional course for postgraduate students. Additionally, John has been a Business Specialist at Global LT, Inc. since September 2019, focusing on teaching corporate clients business English. As a Staff Development Teacher at a Language Centre in Hong Kong and in a self-employed capacity since 2018, John has contributed to staff training initiatives. Furthermore, John tutors Academic English for non-native learners at the University of Southampton, providing feedback on assignments and research portfolios. Previously, John taught IELTS at Wallstreet English in Hong Kong and held the position of Teacher of English at MLS International College for 15 years. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Education Studies from the University of Southampton and completed a relevant course on Futurelearn in 2020.
