Steven Lawrence

Steven Lawrence is an experienced educator and political professional with a diverse background. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Political Science at Walters State Community College, Steven teaches Introduction to Political Science and American Government. In addition, Steven holds the position of Election Commissioner for Hamblen County Government and has extensive experience as an ESL Tutor and Teacher at IOR Global Services and Global LT, Inc., respectively. A Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, Steven engages in civic activities and previously ran for a seat on the Morristown City Council. With a strong academic foundation that includes a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Colorado, Steven has contributed to various community and political organizations throughout the years.
