Drew McFadden's work experience began in 1996 as a Client Solutions Executive and Regional Practice Manager at CompuCom Systems. Drew then worked at boats.com as the Director of Marketing and Business Development, responsible for the company's marketing strategy and generating $1 million in revenue. In 2005, they became the Vice President of the Marketing Services Division at iboats.com, managing a $1.2 million P&L and leading the development of online marketing tools. In 2009, they co-founded WindmillNext, where they served as President and oversaw consulting engagements while managing administrative and finance aspects. Since 2014, they have been with Global Material Technologies, initially as the Marketing and Ecommerce Director and currently as the VP of Ecommerce and Marketing. Additionally, from 2013 to 2021, they served as an Alderman for the 7th Ward at the City of Batavia.
Drew McFadden earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Iowa State University, completing their education from 1987 to 1991.
