Joseph Self is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in investment and management. Currently serving as an Executive Partner at Global Mutual Properties Limited since January 2017, Joseph is involved in a property investment and management platform with over $5B in assets under management. Concurrently, Joseph holds the position of Managing Partner at Rockfleet Holdings, LLC, a private investment company specializing in real estate. Previously, as Managing Director at Karlin Real Estate, Joseph successfully established and grew the European Real Estate platform, leading to a successful exit in 2015. Additional experience includes a directorship at Avalon Capital and a role as Senior Land Acquisition Analyst at K. Hovnanian Homes. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.
