Global Natives is a solution-driven training, team building and consultancy provider, equipping companies to achieve their business goals. By gaining an understanding of your company vision and culture, and how your business functions, we begin to uncover the factors affecting business growth. We co-design real and relevant solutions together with you, to enable your company and employees to activate their full potential and to cope with the complexities of the business environment, leaving no stone unturned until the intended outcomes are achieved. The long-term relationships we have built over the years with our clients are important to us and have contributed to our mutual business success.

Some of our work has included:
Developing the strategic objectives and direction with the senior management team of a local private hospital.
Developing the strategic and organisational behavioural system of an international architect firm.
Developing the strategic plan for an umbrella organisation for NGOs.
Developing a communication, feedback and administration system for a large international NGO.
Creating a learning and development plan based on Training Needs Analysis or analysis of the organisation's behavioural system.
Identifying the most appropriate training provider to ensure the business growth goals are met.

Global Natives has worked with business leaders from the private and public sectors; banking, trust management, retail, advertising, travel and tourism, textiles, manufacturing, and major conglomerates. We identify key enablers for growth by facilitating the process of defining and developing strategic direction, objectives and supporting systems. Our strategic partnership with USB-ED, USB and LMI has opened up a range of opportunities for executives and professionals in Mauritius and Ghana to benefit from their comprehensive programmes and workshops, as well as internationally recognised qualifications.
