Jackson Licha

Jackson Licha possesses extensive experience in vendor operations and logistics management within the e-commerce and shipping industries. Currently serving as Vendor Operations Manager at Global Overview since October 2019, Jackson oversees a team responsible for e-commerce supply chain operations related to $2.1 billion in Amazon product sales across over 70 accounts. Prior roles include serving as Deputy General Manager of Operations at Wan Hai Lines, managing North American import/export logistics and domestic transportation, and Operations Manager at Norton Lilly International, where Jackson led the creation of a new transportation network for a Chinese company. Additional experience includes Associate Manager of Intermodal Operations at APL, focusing on data analytics and process improvement, and an internship at the World Trade Center San Diego. Jackson holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from California State University San Marcos, attained in 2005.
