We started Global Path Coaching in 2020 with one belief: that good business education should not be a privilege.
The online space was loud, overcomplicated, and honestly disconnected from the way real businesses are built. So we created something different. A coaching and education company grounded in clarity, strategy, and the kind of operational support that actually moves the needle.

Shannon Grayce leads with vision and strategy. Fabiola Bolaños leads with systems and execution. Together we have helped hundreds of entrepreneurs streamline, scale, and stabilize their businesses, through our signature consulting container, digital resources, workshops, and our newsletter The Path, a twice-monthly publication for entrepreneurs who believe building a better business and building a better world are not separate ambitions.

Our clients have gone on to appear on Shark Tank, earn Forbes 30 Under 30 recognition, and compete on The Blox. What they all have in common is that they stopped building from guesswork and started building with intention.
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all strategy. We believe in listening closely, building intentionally, and delivering with excellence, whether that means designing a six-figure offer ecosystem, auditing your operations, or coaching your team into a more aligned and profitable way of working.

Good strategy should feel like relief, not pressure. If you are ready to build something that actually holds up, you are in the right place.
