Michelle Roach

Michelle Roach is a seasoned sales leader currently serving as the Director of ISV Outside Sales at Global Payments Inc., where they lead a national sales team focused on integrated payment solutions. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Sales at Heartland, overseeing multiple sales divisions and developing leadership talent within the fintech sector. Michelle's experience includes roles as Territory Manager and communications specialist, where they honed their skills in project management, content creation, and customer engagement. They earned their B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and have furthered their expertise with additional studies in international/global studies and Spanish at other institutions.
