Ron D'Andrea

Ron D'Andrea has extensive leadership experience, currently serving as COO and Managing Partner at Global Performance Group since 2013. Prior to this role, Ron held the position of President at BayGroup International from November 1989 to December 2013, where oversight of all customer-facing operations including sales, delivery, development, and service was a key responsibility. Earlier career roles include Managing Associate at Computer Sciences Corporation and Executive Vice President at The Executive Technique. Ron D'Andrea holds multiple degrees from Columbia University, including a Master of Arts and a Masters in History and Education, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Relations from the University of Connecticut.
