It’s extremely impact resistant. 

UHMW is stronger, lasts longer, wears better and outperforms other materials in demanding circumstances. It tolerates a wide temperature range and maintains properties down to cryogenic temps. It’s been used to produce pulleys, wheels, wear plates, sprockets, skis, skid plates and more – but we can adapt it to a much broader scope of applications.

The Management team at Global Polymer Industries, Inc. is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the company's operations. This includes designing tooling and processes (Tool Design Engineering Manager), driving innovation and research developments (Engineering R&D Manager), maintaining quality standards (Quality Manager), ensuring efficient secondary operations and packaging (Secondary Operations & Packaging Manager), managing plant operations (Plant Manager), streamlining overall operations (Operations Manager), and overseeing human resources and maintenance activities (Human Resources Managers and Maintenance Manager). This team ensures that the company delivers high-quality, complex UHMW-PE products on time, on specification, and within budget.
