Luis Jimena is an experienced technology and operations manager with a robust background in IT service management and system optimization. Currently serving as the Issuer Core Systems Manager at Global Processing since May 2022, Luis previously held multiple significant roles at Telecom Argentina from 1994 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing IT ecosystems, incident resolution processes, and change management to enhance operational efficiency.
