Joyce H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Joyce began their career in 2003 as a Marketing Executive at Peerwork Labs, where they were responsible for creating proposals, feasibility reports, and status update reports. In 2004, they transitioned to Fortinet Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist, a role they held until 2007. During this time, they gained experience in various HR functions. From 2007 to 2008, Joyce worked at Credit Union Central of BC as a People Solutions Analyst, where they participated in compensation surveys, performed data analysis, and collaborated on consulting projects. In 2008, they returned to Fortinet Inc. as a Human Resources Manager until 2010. Joyce then joined Global Relay in 2011 as a Human Resources Manager and was subsequently promoted to Director of HR and, later, VP of HR. At Global Relay, Joyce has played a key role in the HR department and has been with the company until the present.
Joyce H. completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1998, they began their studies at Simon Fraser University and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Economics and Business Management. Following this, from 2006 to 2008, Joyce H. pursued a Management Certificate in Human Resources at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Finally, from 2009 to 2015, they obtained their Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
