Tim Woo is a seasoned professional in software testing and quality assurance, currently serving as a Software Test Manager at Global Relay since July 2020. With a progressive career spanning over two decades, Tim has held key positions at various organizations including Cvent as a Senior QE Manager and QE Manager, PHEMI as QA Manager and Software QA Lead, Ericsson as Software Development Manager, and multiple roles at Redback Networks and TELUS. Tim began the career as an Implementation/Field Engineer at Nortel Networks after earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
