Jack Baughman possesses extensive experience in engineering, quality management, and operations within the manufacturing sector. Starting with service as a Crew Chief in the United States Air Force, Baughman transitioned to Parker Hannifin, where roles included Process Engineer and Plant Quality Manager, culminating in leadership of quality and logistics functions. Baughman has managed plant operations and initiated Lean Manufacturing practices at Fort Recovery Industries and ElringKlinger, overseeing significant projects such as the launch of the 2020 Ford Explorer and 2020 Ford Escape.
