Global Staff Solution is your outsourced staffing department — not a freelancer marketplace. We give you a dedicated virtual assistant or executive assistant who is fully recruited, daily-monitored, and payroll-managed. You set the outcomes; we handle the rest.

We draw on a pool of 5,000+ pre-vetted candidates across the Philippines, South Africa, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal, matching you to the right person by skill, time zone, and working style. Every candidate completes a multi-stage assessment: skills test, English evaluation, video interview, and a paid trial task on real work.

Then we manage everything around them — recruitment, daily productivity monitoring, accountability, payroll, and a dedicated UK account manager who knows your business by name. You get a dedicated team member doing real work, from £895/month full-time (£525/month part-time). No contracts, no timesheets, no management overhead.

Roles we staff: Executive & Admin Assistants, Customer & Client Support, Marketing, Sales Development, and Finance & Operations.

Recruit • Monitor • Pay • Replace.
