Alan Cribbett

Alan Cribbett has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Alan is currently working at Global Switch as the Engineering Director for the Asia Pacific region since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Engineering Manager at Global Switch from June 2021 to May 2023. Before joining Global Switch, they worked at ISS A/S where they held multiple roles including Regional Risk and Compliance Director, Global Technical Risk and Controls Director, Regional Client Relationship Manager, Regional Transformation Director, and Deputy Regional Account Director/Regional Head of Engineering and Critical Environments. Alan also worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as the Regional Engineering/Operations Director and at UBS in roles such as Critical Infrastructure and Compliance Manager, Critical Facilities Manager, Support Facilities Manager, and Head Office and Trading Facilities Manager. Earlier in their career, they were the Critical Systems Manager at Carillion and the Terminal Engineering Team Leader at NATIONWIDE MAINTENANCE LIMITED. Alan started their career at Givaudan Flavors as the Site Services Team Leader.

Alan Cribbett's education history is as follows:

In 1971-1974, they attended Duke of Yorks Royal Military School.

From 1974-1976, they studied at Radcliffe School.

Alan pursued an indentured apprenticeship in Electrical Installations at Joint Industry Board.

From 1976-1981, they attended Wolverton College of Further Education and obtained a City and Guilds- 236 Electrical Installations qualification.

In 2003, they studied at The Institute of Leadership and Management and achieved an ILM Level 3 qualification.

Alan obtained a Nebosh General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety from South Essex College of Further and Higher Education in 2008.

In 2008-2009, they studied Disaster Recovery, Essentials of Property Management, and Management Development for FM's at the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.

From 2007-2008, they gained knowledge in The Professional FM and Successful FM Contract Management at the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.

Alan Cribbett also acquired the following certifications:

- In 2022, they became an Accredited Tier Designer from Uptime Institute.

- In 2022, they completed DCS Design Engineering Specialist & DCP Data Center Practitioner training from DCPRO Training.
