Chris Ham CDCTP currently holds the position of Facilities Manager at Global Switch since September 2020, overseeing HV/LV technical specialists and managing 5-year HV/LV shutdowns for the London facility. Prior to this role, Chris served as Acting Shift Team Lead and Critical Shift Engineer at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) EMEA from July 2018 to September 2020, focusing on critical data centre operations. Experience includes work as an HV/AP shift engineer and electrical technician at Optimum Group Services and Weston Electrical Services Limited, as well as running a sole trader business in branded clothing and footwear. Chris's career began with military training in the British Army, which was cut short due to injury.
