Bob Holmes

Bob Holmes is currently a Program Manager at Global Technical Systems, where they organize complex activities for technologically advanced Department of Defense projects. Previously, they served as Commanding Officer at Naval Air Station Oceana, leading a diverse workforce and maintaining operational readiness. Bob's experience includes roles as Executive Assistant with the U.S. Fifth Fleet and Department Head at Electronic Attack Squadron One Three Six (VAQ-136). They hold a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Master of Arts in Management from Webster University.
