Noel Mitchell

Noel Mitchell, CISSP, currently serves as the Information System Security Manager at Global Technical Systems since January 2021, overseeing information system security architecture, design, installation, operational planning, and risk remediation efforts. Previously held roles include Information System Security Officer and Information Systems Engineer, focusing on vulnerability management, cybersecurity policy generation, and system testing. Prior experience includes working as a Cyber Solutions Architect at SPARQ Global, where Noel configured prototypes and analyzed system enhancements, and as a Software Engineer for the DoD Navy Operational Test & Evaluation Force, developing code for network architecture visualization. Additionally, Noel worked as a Network Engineer at ABS Technology, managing the installation and maintenance of extensive wireless and network systems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from Old Dominion University and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Tidewater Community College.
