Ashis M.

Ashis M. has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Talent Associate and later as a Senior Talent Acquisition at Global Touchpoints Inc. Ashis was responsible for building a candidate database, conducting candidate searches, and matching candidates to requirements. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Consultant at Andy Garment Manufacture, where they focused on lead generation and customer support. Ashis also worked as a Business Development Analyst at Response Minerals and as an Assistant Sales Manager at Murco Petroleum Limited. Ashis M. began their career as an Accountant Assistant at M/s H.L.Traders Pvt Ltd.

Ashis M. completed their Matric education from Saint Mary's English Medium School, Rourkela between 1991 and 2001. Ashis then pursued Commerce for their +2 degree at MGM English Medium School, Rourkela from 2001 to 2003. Ashis went on to earn a B.Com degree in Accounting from N.C. Autonomous College, Jajpur, graduating in 2006.

In terms of higher education, Ashis attended EThames Graduate School from 2010 to 2011 and obtained a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Finance, Accounting, and Human Resource Management. Ashis proceeded to complete an MBA degree in HRM, APD, Strategic Planning & Implementation from the University of Sunderland in London, concluding their studies in 2012.

Throughout their education, Ashis also acquired additional certifications. In 2005, they completed a Computer Application Course at the Computer Research and Development Centre. The following year, in 2006, they received a Certificate in Insurance Business from N.C.(Auto) College. Lastly, in 2007, Ashis obtained the ICAI Computer Application certification from ICAI.
