Ayan Maity has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ayan started their career in 2006 as a Senior Associate at Wipro Bpo, where they provided technical support to end-users and resolved issues. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Quality Analyst at Cyberspace Info Solution, where they trained new employees and improved service protocols. In 2014, Ayan joined Softpoint Zone Infotech as a Floor Manager in a technical process, handling inbound and outbound support calls. Ayan then worked at Sutherland Global Services in 2015 as a Senior Consultant, providing customer support and maintaining knowledge of company products. In 2016, they joined Altisource Business Solutions as an Analyst for Insurance Loss Draft and later became a Litigation Specialist, providing litigation support to attorneys and paralegals. Since 2018, Ayan has been working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Global Touchpoints Inc., where they partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and conducts interviews with candidates.
